VALUABLE FREEHOLD FARMS AUCTION 1858.

Comprising first class Arable and rich Marsh Land, luxuriant Orchards, and Gardens, with Building Frontage, Cottages, capital Wharfs, with genteel Residence, Free Public-house, Accommodation Plots, §c. fyc., situate in the several Parishes of Teynham, Lynsted, Sittingbourne, Milton next Sittingbourne, Iwade and Eastchurch (in the Isle of Sheppey,) being the most fertile parts of the County,

Mr. H. MINTER RESPECTFULLY announces that he has received instructions to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION, on Wednesday, July 28th, 1858, at One o’clock in the afternoon to a minute, at the Bull Inn, Sittingbourne, the fol- lowing Property, in 21 lots:

Lot 1 comprises all that valuable FREEHOLD ORCHARD, well planted with trees in good bearing, with the double cottage, stable, lodges, yard and garden, situate on the north side of Cellarhill, at Greenstreet, in the parish of Teynham, containing 4a. 2r. 12p., or thereabouts, and now in the occupattion of Mr. Church.

Lot 2. - All that valuable FREEHOLD ORCHARD, now in four enclosures, on ihe eastern side of and adjoining lot 1, with the double Cottage, small barn, and lodges, containing 5a. 1r. 29p., or thereabouts, and also in the occupation of Mr. Church.

Lot 3 comprises all that valuable FREEHOLD FARM, called “ Osiers,” with a brick-built farm-house, barn, stable, lodges, yard, and several enclosures of first-class arable and orchard land, situate in the parish of Teynham, near the station of the East Kent Railway, and on the road leading from Norton to Conyer-quay, containing 29a. 3r. 10p., and in the occupation of Mr. John Bourne.

Lot 4. - All that valuable FREEHOLD FARM, known as “ Blue House,” with the cottage, barn, stable, yard, and several enclosures of capital arable land, situate on the road leading from the Teynham station of the East Kent Railway to Conyer-quay, and containing 30a. 0r. 35p., or thereabouts, together with all those several enclosures of rich Marsh Land, adjoining, and called the “ Fatting Fold,” containing 91a. 1r. 35p., the whole being in the parish of Teynham, and now and for many years in the occupation of Mr. J. Bourne. The marsh land is subject to a modus of 4d. per acre in lieu of tithes.

Lot 5. - All that piece or parcel of valuable FREEHOLD ARABLE LAND, called “Two Acre Piece,” situate by the road leading from “ Osiers,” to the marshes, in the parish of Teynham, containing 2a. 2r. 6p.,“or thereabouts, and in the occupation of Mr. J. Bourne.

Lot 6. - All that piece or parcel of valuable FREEHOLD ARABLE LAND, being part of Osiers Field, adjoining and on the south side of the East Kent Railway, with a frontage to the road leading from the Teynham station to Faversham, in the parish of Teynham, containing 3a. 1r. 24p, and also in the occupation of Mr. J. Bourne.

Lot 7. - All that piece or parcel of capital FREEHOLD LAND, called “ Station Field,” formerly “ Castle Wood Field,” on the north side of and adjoining the Teynham station of the East Kent Railway, in the parish of Teynham, containing 3a. 3r. 35p., also in the occupation of Mr. J. Bourne.

Lot 8. - All that valuable FREEHOLD WHARF, with the dock, brickbuilt free public-house, stable, lodges, coal-yard, garden, and salts, known as “Conyerquay,” situate in the parish of Teynham, and now in the occupation of Mr. E. Blaxland.

Lot 9 comprises all those two pieces of valuable BUILDING LAND, new used as gardens with lot 8. The one situate by the road leading from Conyer mill to the quay, on the north-east side of the said road, adjoining the premises in the occupation of Messrs. Sidders; the other opposite the public-house, by the road leading to the Coast Guard station, and numbered in the parish map 361 and 366.

Lot 10. - All that valuable FREEHOLD BUILDING LAND, now used as a Market Garden, known as “ Harvey’s Garden,” or “ Onslow Orchard,” adjoining the Old Teynham Vicarage, with a frontage to the north-east and north-west Bides, containing 1a. 0r, 26p., and now in the occupation of Mr. J. Harvey.

Lot 11. - All those TWO FREEHOLD COTTAGES, with brick fronts, and productive gardens, situate on the north side of the road leading to the Marshes, in the parish of Teynham, in the occupations of Geo. Dunster and Wm. Stickens.

Lot 12. - All that piece or parcel of FREEHOLD BUILDING LAND, situate opposite lot 11, and now used as a garden, in the occupation of Wm. Stickens.

Lot 13. - All those TWO FREEHOLD COTTAGES, with productive gar- dens, situate on the south side of the road leading to Teynham Peat, known as “ Dacenstreet,” in the parish of Teynham, containing 0a. 1r. 10p., in the occupation of Mr. Bass and Mr. Macey.
